Download all your data to an Excel file for backups or upload a file to restore data.
Important: When uploading, the app will add new items and update existing items based on their unique 'id'. It does not delete items that are missing from the uploaded file. Ensure the structure of your Excel file (sheet names and column headers) matches the downloaded file exactly.

Permanently delete all customers and transactions from the application. This action cannot be undone.
